Decades Bundles Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Living Mas. The "Prizes" refer to one of five (5) Decades Boxes which include a Limited-Edition Stainless-Steel Decades Cup and a Limited-Edition Decades Hoodie.

• By entering the promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Each entry will take place on a different online platform each day of the week Monday, November 11, 2024 through Friday, November 15, 2024. All entries for the '60s Decades Box must be entered on Monday, November 11, 2024 and submitted through the website www.LivingMas.com/decades by 11:59:59 PM central time. All entries for the '70s Decades Box must be entered on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 and submitted via comment on Facebook post in Living Mas Facebook Group by 11:59:59 PM central time. All entries for the '80s Decades Box must be entered on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 and submitted via comment on Reddit post on r/Living Mas subreddit by 11:59:59 PM central time. All entries for the '90s Decades Box must be entered on Thursday, November 14, 2024 and submitted via an Instagram post or story tagging @AlwaysLivingMas and using #LivingDecades must be posted on a public account by 11:59:59 PM central time. All entries for the '00s Decades Box must be entered on Friday, November 15, 2024 and submitted via chat reaction on the Living Mas Discord by 11:59:59 PM central time.

• One winner will be selected for each day's event on the following day and must reside in the United States of America. These winner will be selected at random by The Promoter​

• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to send any form of payment and any time by The Promoter.
   

• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry
   

• Web designers, partners, and moderators of fellow social media affiliated with The Promoter are not eligible to win.
   

• The Prizes are supplied by Edelman, a Taco Bell partner company, but is in no way administered by Taco Bell. This giveaway is also not sponsored, endorsed, or administrated by any of the following platforms: Wix, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, and Discord. By participating you release all the formerly named companies of any responsibility in your participation.

• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.

• The Promoter will not be held liable if The Prizes become unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

 

• Winners will be notified via direct message or email and have 24 hours to respond before their prize is forfeited
   

• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
   

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
   

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
   

• The Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
   

• The name and address of each winner may be required to be provided to The Promoter if requested to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​ Failure to give such information may result in disqualification
   

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
   

• The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
   

• The winner’s first name and last initial, as well as social media username, may be posted by The Promotor after the winner has been selected unless specifically stated the desire to remain anonymous.
